4. Payment

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases already paid for.

5. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
Because our products and services are digital or service-based and include immediate access, we do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Credits

  • Cancellations once access is granted

This applies to all coaching, programs, challenges, consultations, and app-based products.

6. Client Responsibilities

By participating in the program, you agree to:

You are responsible for your own results, progress, and consistency.

7. Trainer–Client Communication

Shellys Fitness provides communication through approved channels such as email, the coaching app, and scheduled consultations.
Response times may vary but aim to be within normal working hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All programs, workouts, guides, PDFs, app content, and coaching materials are the intellectual property of Shellys Fitness.
You agree not to:

  • Resell

  • Distribute

  • Replicate
    any content without written permission.

9. App & Platform Access

Clients may receive access to the Shellys Fitness coaching app.
You agree not to misuse, share, or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Shellys Fitness is not responsible for:

  • App outages

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party service changes

10. Results Disclaimer

Fitness results vary from person to person.
Shellys Fitness does not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Performance outcomes

  • Specific timelines for progress

Your results depend on factors such as consistency, effort, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and health history.

11. Termination of Services

Shellys Fitness reserves the right to terminate access if:

  • A client is abusive, disrespectful, or violating terms

  • Unauthorized content sharing occurs

  • Payment issues arise

No refunds will be provided in the case of termination.
