Thank you for shopping with Shellys Fitness. Below is our official Shipping Policy for any physical products purchased through our store, as well as clarification for our digital services and programs.
1. Digital Products & Online Coaching
For all digital services, programs, consultations, and coaching:

No physical items are shipped.

Access is delivered instantly via email, app invitation, or downloadable link after purchase.

If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us for support.
2. Physical Products (Strong Mums Club Equipment, Gear, Etc.)
Processing Time
Orders for physical items are processed within 1–3 business days.
This does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier used, but standard delivery estimates are:

Australia: 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
(Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

If tracking does not update within 48 hours, please reach out.
3. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Shellys Fitness is not responsible for:

Parcels delivered to the wrong address

Lost packages due to incorrect customer details

Unclaimed parcels returned to sender
If this occurs, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your physical product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
5. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect sizing choices

Unwanted gifts
